Warranty Terms

Duration & Coverage

This product is covered by a 1 year limited warranty from the date of purchase, in accordance with Republic Act No. 7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines), and is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What Is Covered

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Fortune 9 Co. Ltd. will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective units free of charge for parts and labour.

What Is Not Covered

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Does not cover damage from misuse, abuse, improper handling, unauthorized repair, physical damage, exposure to liquids, heat, improper voltage, or normal wear and tear including batteries and accessories.

How to Make a Claim

Repair or replacement at company discretion, subject to evaluation. Customer may be required to bring or ship the product to an authorized service center at their own shipping cost.

To avail of warranty service, the customer must present proof of purchase and the product serial number (if applicable). All claims are subject to inspection and approval. All shipping or transportation costs to an authorised service centre are borne by the customer.
