When you submit an enquiry, survey booking, or quote request, we collect: full name, mobile number, email address, property address, monthly electricity bill, utility provider, roof type, backup requirements, budget range, preferred system type, financing interest, and any additional information you voluntarily provide including uploaded documents (e.g. electricity bills).
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to: respond to your enquiry; schedule and conduct site surveys; prepare and deliver proposals; process orders and payments; send appointment reminders and follow-up communications; improve our services; and comply with legal obligations.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with our installation crews, engineering partners, and financing partners strictly for the purpose of delivering the service you requested. All third parties are required to handle your data in compliance with RA 10173.
5. Data Retention
We retain customer records for the duration of our business relationship and for a period to be confirmed after the last transaction, in compliance with BIR and legal retention requirements.

Under RA 10173, you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; withdraw consent; object to processing; and lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) at www.privacy.gov.ph.
